Batch to Continuous: Exploring the design space for multi-stage continuous cooling crystallization

Industrial crystallisation processes may be designed for batch or continuous manufacturing depending on factors such as capital cost, operating cost, process technology risk and flexibility. In this webinar, we will present an example that will demonstrate the key aspects involved in exploring the design space for a process involving multiple Mixed-Suspension Mixed-Product-Removal (MSMPR) crystallisers. The example will illustrate how gCRYSTAL® can be used to assess the design and viability of a continuously operated crystallisation process.
