VAT

All training courses taking place in the UK are subject to 17.5% VAT payable by the participant.

Academic discounts

Academic users are granted a 35% discount on all course fees.

Cancellation policy

Process Systems Enterprise Ltd reserves the right to cancel a course if there are fewer than three participants. Notification of cancellation will be given at least 10 days prior to the first day of the course.

Participants may cancel their registration free of charge if this is done at least three weeks in advance. If cancelled less than three weeks prior to the course, the course fee will be invoiced and a credit certificate will be issued. This certificate is redeemable as a registration fee for the same course in the following six months.
