gPROMS comes with the Process Model Library as standard. For specific applications, PSE provides the optional Advanced Model Libraries.

The AMLs are state-of-the-art libraries of complex operations such as fixed-bed reaction or solution crystallisation.

They use advanced modelling techniques such as Maxwell-Stefan multicomponent diffusion and population balance modelling in order to represent processes to the highest level of predictive detail.

Creating your own libraries

Many users create their own corporate libraries. gPROMS provides comprehensive facilities to help with library creation, maintenance and quality assurance.
