A rigorous physical properties package that provides accurate thermodynamic and property calculations for a wide variety of systems

OLI Systems' OLI Electrolytes

The leading electrolyte package for aqueous electrolyte solutions

Note that the CAPE-OPEN physical properties interface is supplied as a standard part of gPROMS, meaning that gPROMS can be used with any CAPE-OPEN compliant physical properties interface.

CFD interfaces

gPROMS can be supplied with the following CFD interfaces:

Hybrid Multizonal gPROMS-CFD

A unique and powerful tool that enables multizonal models in gPROMS to make use of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) models for the prediction of the network connectivity and inter-zonal flowrates.

Hybrid gPROMS-CFD Multitubular

Used in conjunction with AML:FBCR multitubular fixed-bed catalytic reactors to incorporate computational fluid dynamic (CFD) information on the shell side fluid dynamics and heat transfer for unprecedented accuracy.
