PSE's policy is to take on work only where we believe that there is a strong likelihood of success.

You can rest assured that:

if we feel that we cannot help solve your problem, we will tell you
at no point during the initial consultation will you incur any obligation
your query will be treated in utmost confidence.

We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the consultation.

If you feel that we can address your problem, we are happy to provide a free initial consultation of up to two hours' free telephone and WebEx.

During this time, we will:

work with you to gain an understanding of the problem or challenge
determine whether modelling can contribute to achieving your objectives
describe and possible demonstrate the technology that we can bring to bear
determine the next steps

Please note that we can only provide this service to industrial organisations.

Depending on whether more information or a face-to-face meeting is required, we will arrange a further meeting of up to one day at your site. For this we would charge travel and subsistence expenses, but not for Consultant time.
