PSE Annual Meeting 2007
17-19 April 2007
Cumberland Hotel, London
(Drinks reception 19:00–21:00, Monday 16 April)
Yes, it's been 10 years! When we started 10 years ago, there were just a handful of pioneers of Advanced Process Modelling (APM) around the world.
Now the technology is making great strides, with more and more companies systematically turning to high-accuracy predictive modelling to support process and product innovation every day.
We are pleased to invite you to the 10th gPROMS Annual Meeting, which is open to existing AND prospective users of PSE's gPROMS software and ModelCare services.
We are putting together a great agenda with PSE, academic and industry presentations from organisations such as BP, Süd-Chemie, Friesland Foods, Voith Paper, RWT Aachen and CPERI among others.
We will preview gPROMS 3.1, and in addition there will be seminars on the application of Advanced Process Modelling to specialist areas. See here for an outline.
If you are familiar with gPROMS and its application, you will know what we are talking about. If you are not, why don't you come along and listen to how your peers in various sectors are applying APM and related Model-Based Innovation (MBI) techniques to:
- Accelerate process and product innovation
- Improve process equipment designs
- Optimise operations
- Quantify and manage innovation risk
- Integrate R&D and Engineering
- Improve the effectiveness of R&D experimentation
Presentations will focus on the application of APM and MBI in design optimisation and operational enhancement of reactors, polymerisation processes, crystallisers, fuel cells and other complex processes.
You will also have a place at our 10th Anniversary gala dinner at the unique Roof Gardens restaurant in the heart of London's Kensington.
We look forward to seeing you there!
In the meantime, if you need further information, please do not hesitate to contact the event organiser Kate Burness at k.burness@psenterprise.com.
