This year the PSE Annual Meeting will be held on 25-27 April in the
Westminster Suite of The Sofitel Hotel, St James. Located in the heart of the prestigious and lively district of St James and within walking distance of St James’s Park and Buckingham Palace, the hotel is less than a five minute walk from its nearest tube station Piccadilly Circus giving easy access to and from major airports.

From Piccadilly Circus tube station, take the exit marked Lower Regent Street, walk straight ahead and the Sofitel Hotel is approximately 150 metres down on the left before you reach Pall Mall.Conference fees

* Academics from bona-fide academic institutions may attend both events at a 50% reduction on the above prices.
The Annual Meeting registration fee includes an informal drinks reception for early arrivers on the evening of Monday, 24 April, refreshments and lunch during the meeting and a Thames River cruise on the Tuesday evening.

Travel information
Heathrow
By tube: The cheapest and most reliable method of travelling to
and from Heathrow Airport to Central London is by the London
Underground tube service. Take the Piccadilly Line to Picadilly Circus tube station.
By taxi: Heathrow Airport by London black taxi will take about 40 minutes and cost approximately £50.
By train: The Heathrow Express departs every 15 minutes from Paddington Station and claims to be the fastest and most convenient method of transport between central London and Heathrow. The Bakerloo line will then take you direct to Picadilly Circus tube station.
Gatwick
By train: The cheapest, fastest and most reliable form of transport is the Gatwick
Express which departs every 15 minutes and takes 30 minutes. A standard
single journey costs £12. At Victoria you can either take the District or Circle line to St James's Park tube station and walk through St James park to the Sofitel Hotel or take the Victoria and then the Picadilly line to Picadilly Circus tube station.
By taxi: Black taxis are normally easily available but the journey can take over an hour on a good day and will cost at least £70.
