The Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington The User Meeting will again be held in the York suite of The Royal Garden Hotel on 14-15 March. Situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, the hotel overlooks Kensington Palace, the Albert Hall and Imperial College. It is close to the West End and has easy access to major airports and business districts.

Conference Fees

£250 + VAT : Registration before 15th February 2005
£300 + VAT : Registration after 15th February 2005

The registration fee includes an informal Opening Reception on the evening of Sunday 13th March, refreshments and lunch during the meeting and a conference dinner in the The Tenth restaurant on the Tuesday evening.

Travel Information

Heathrow
By tube: The cheapest and most reliable method of travelling to and from Heathrow Airport to Central London is by the London Underground tube service. Take the Piccadilly Line to Earls Court tube station and change to the District line to High Street Kensington - 40 minutes.

By taxi: Heathrow Airport by London black taxi will take about 40 minutes and cost approximately £45.

By train: The Heathrow Express departs every 15 minutes from Paddington Station and claims to be the fastest and most convenient method of transport between central London and Heathrow.

Gatwick
By train: The cheapest, fastest and most reliable form of transport is the Gatwick Express which departs every 15 minutes and takes 30 minutes. A standard single journey costs £12. At Victoria take the circle line to High Street Kensington.

By taxi: Black taxis are normally easily available but the journey can take over an hour on a good day and will cost at least £65.
